Olympics week:

100m run for time, 2 attempts:

Everybody runs on Monday, narrow it down to 20 men and 20 women on Tue, 15 men and women on Wed, 10 men and women on Thur and Final 5 men and women on Saturday at 9:30am on Saturday!

then,

Team Wod:

AMRAP in 20 min:

kb swings #53/35
burpees
250m run
rest

There will be 4 competitors on each team, only one can be doing work at each station, each person performs as many reps until person running 250m run finishes and tags teammate. Score will be total of number of burpees and kb swings performed. If there is only 2 or 3 on team double the amount of reps. Teams will be randomly drawn.
