Open gym 9 – 11am. Team Wod at 9:30am.

Metcon (Time)

2 person team Wod:

For Time:

800m run w/ #14mb both run and share ball

100 mb partner sit ups #14

100 slam balls #30/20

100 box jump overs #20

100 hang power snatches #75/55

800m row while partner holds snatch weight barbell overhead

Anytime throughout the workout a total of 10 rope climbs must be performed by any member of teammate

can split reps anyway you want but must start at top and stay in order
