Ignite Fitness Alabama – CrossFit

Open gym from 8:30am – 11am.
Two person team Wod at 9:30am.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP in 25 min:

2 tire flips

2 wall climb (2 bear crawls)

10 burpees

10 sdhp #75/55

10 straight sit ups

1 rope climb (10 ring rows)

400m run (can be split up as a 250m and 150m) counts as 40 reps

4 tire flips

4 wall climbs

20 burpees

20 sdhp

20 st leg sit ups

2 rope climbs

400m run

etc…..

can be split up in any rep scheme but only 1 person working at a time
