10 goblet squats

15 back extensions

30 double unders or attempts

Back Squat (20 reps (add 5 more pounds from Monday))

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 5 min:

7 kb swings #70/53

21 double unders (75 signles)

rest 2 min, then:

AMRAP in 5 min:

7 ring dips
