Ignite Fitness Alabama – CrossFit

Welcome Lauren Toone as Ignite’s newest coach with her earning her L1 certifaction last week. If you haven’t meet Lauren yet she has been at Ignite for over 4 years and is one of the most outgoing, positive people that I have ever met so she is going to be an awesome coach!! I also didn’t officially introduce Burnon Moman a couple of weeks ago as another coach who brings tons of wisdom and has been coaching for over 4 years so we are very blessed to have them both to help all of you out to be better athletes and people!

Lastly please RSVP if you are going to be able to make the Ignite Christmas Party this Saturday starting at 6:30pm at my house!

Warm-up

400m run or row

5 strict pull ups

10 goblet squats

15 hollow rocks

30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
chest to floor push ups
