Warm-up

5 stict pull ups

10 hand release push ups

20 cal row

30 double unders

Bench Press (4 x 3 @ 85% 1RM)

Take 20 min with clock running

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 4 min, 3 rounds:

6 hand release burpees

9 c2b pull ups mrx# pull ups

15 double unders (3x singles)

rest 1 min after each amrap and start back where you left off
