Last two weeks of the Open guys. This one is a quick fun WOD.

Me, Stephanie, and Conrad went head to head last night, and it was a good one. Only 8 minutes, so remember every rep counts and give it your all.

You guys have pushed and worked so hard over the last 3 weeks, lets give it all we got today, and then we only have one more to go!!

(No Measure)

Warm Up

250 Meter Row

3 Wall Climbs w/ 20-30 sec hold in handstand

15 Squat Jumps

10 Push Ups

**Shoulder mobility with bands**

CrossFit Games Open 15.4 (AMRAP – Reps)

8 minutes of:

3 handstand push-ups

3 cleans

6 handstand push-ups

3 cleans

9 handstand push-ups

3 cleans

12 handstand push-ups

6 cleans

15 handstand push-ups

6 cleans

18 handstand push-ups

6 cleans

21 handstand push-ups

9 cleans

Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

Each Round has an increasing amount of Reps to get through. Once you complete 10 reps of each movement, move on to complete 20 of each movement. Increase by 10 reps every round.
